Artespirit is a Sri Lankan based online emporium offering a unique selection of high quality handcrafted wooden sculptures, traditional masks, and cultural artifacts. Our mission is to bring authentic Sri Lankan craftsmanship to customers worldwide.

Our inspiration comes from our history, local culture and interior design. Our collections are handpicked, created by local artists and curated in-house by our team of experts.

Where are you located?

Our local artisans and craftspeople are based all across the island, mainly across the south coast of Sri Lanka. Our team of local experts are based in Negombo.

Do you have a physical store?

No, we operate exclusively online to serve customers worldwide efficiently.

Are your products ethically sourced?

Yes, all our materials are sustainably and ethically sourced. We work closely with Sri Lankan artisans and communities to ensure fair trade practices.

2. Ordering & Payment

How do I place an order?

You can place an order directly through our website at www.artespirit.com. Simply select your desired products, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers for select locations.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

We begin processing orders immediately, so modifications or cancellations may not always be possible. If you need to make changes, please contact us at support@artespirit.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

Do you offer worldwide shipping?

Yes, we offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary by region:

• Sri Lanka: 3 – 5 business days
• Asia & Middle East: 7 – 14 business days
• Europe & North America: 10 – 20 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 10 – 20 business days
• South America & Africa: 15 – 30 business days

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.

Will I have to pay customs duties and taxes?

Customs duties and taxes vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

What should I do if my package is delayed?

What is your return policy?

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we only accept returns for defective or incorrect items. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

How do I request a return or refund?

Email support@artespirit.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our team will review and respond within 3 business days.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once approved, refunds are processed within 7 – 10 business days to the original payment method.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired product

Are your products handmade?

Yes, all our products are handcrafted by skilled Sri Lankan artisans, ensuring uniqueness and authenticity.

How do I care for my handcrafted item?

• Keep wooden items away from excessive moisture or direct sunlight.
• Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth.
• Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

Will my product look exactly like the picture?

Due to the handmade nature, slight variations in color, size, and texture are expected, making each piece unique.

6. Gift Orders & Special Requests

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, we offer complimentary gift wrapping for special orders. Please mention it during checkout.

Can I include a personalized message with my order?

Yes, you can add a personalized message, and we will include a handwritten note with your
order.
